Go! is the weekly entertainment supplement published by The Colorado Springs Gazette.
Below are five covers which I designed for the magazine during 1998 and 1999.

The cover story was round-up of Chinese Buffets offered throughout the city. And just for the record, the Chinese characters actually do spell the word “Buffet”.
Your basic “gonna soak up the sun” summertime events issue. In particular it focused on various regional waterparks and their offerings.
The cover for First Night Pikes Peak 1999  turned out to be a playful illustration of a family enjoying a chilly New Year’s Eve. The headline “Nineteen Nighty-Night” was also my addition and just what it needed to bring it all together.
This issue was a compilation of things to do in Denver. Colorado Springs is some 60 miles south of Denver and the only way to get there is via Interstate-25. In this image, Denver’s skyline is portrayed as the inviting bosom of a starry Goddess with I-25 as a white ribbon of Mother’s Milk. A bit racy, I guess, but to my delight, nobody had a problem with it.
Cover for the ever-popular “Best of” issue. The base image was lifted from an old beer ad.The label on the bottle was then manipulated to display the headline and logo.
